Russian Government = Habitual LIARS

Russia satellite: Kremlin accuses US and UK of 'distorting' truth: "Accusations from the US and UK that Russia recently tested anti-satellite weaponry in space are "distorted", Russia's defence ministry says."

I doubt that any sane person in the West believes anything that the "plausible deniability" LIARS of the Russian government say. After all, they denied shooting down MH17, trying instead to blame the Ukrainians. They were subsequently proven to be LYING.
